Shaniya Young is one of 18 Lake County Finalists for the Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship!
Shaniya is a photographer and Editor for the yearbook. She is in the anime club and the Joiner Master Gardener program. She is considering either Psychology or Nursing to impact health inequity in her community. The Lilly Endowment Community Scholarship provides 6 Lake County students full tuition and a $900 book stipend per year for four years of undergraduate study to any public or private university or college in Indiana.
